Emotional Alchemy Session bring transformation to the emotional body and mind. Through the gentle use of Acupressure For the Emotions & Emotional Freedom Techniques challenging emotions that often surface can be neutralized and in their place feelings of contentment and peace, along with perspective changes, and feelings of gratitude, appreciation and a sense of freedom will naturally bubble up to the surface in your life. All Emotional Alchemy Sessions are done from the heart-space where we can more easily access our own inner feelings and knowings.

 

Emotional imprints that are house in our cellular memory may show up as  anxiety, fear, worry, frustration, anger, trauma and painful memories around various situation in our current life, relationships, career challenges, and emotional challenges from our childhood.

 

When used skillfully Emotional Freedom Techniques have been  proven to assist in releasing uncomfortable feelings stored at the conscious and subconscious levels.  Once these imprints are neutralized the body and  mind naturally recalibrate.
